Now that the spirit speaks freely, sooner or later, some will step out of their faith and give their focus to the spirit of lust, dishonor, and the ways of evil & imbalance. Influenced by the hypocrisy of liars and speaking their language; damaging their sense of right and wrong; refusing to marry, and refusing to refrain from meats, which was created by NTR (The Most High) to be received and enjoyed by those who know the truth, believe in the truth, & abide by the truth; For every creature of Nature/The Most High (NTR) is GOOD and nothing is to be refused or rejected if it is received with thanks and in truth! 🙏🏽

Triggers. What a touchy conversation that needs to take place! Identifying your triggers and understanding the way you react to them is a big step you must take in the healing process, especially in relationships (family, friends, partner, etc). Lets get into triggers and how to deal with them: 1. First things first, you must have a good understanding of what a trigger is. A trigger is something or a topic that causes us to feel uncomfortable and/or react (consciously or unconsciously) based off of previous events/situations 2. Second, after understanding what a trigger is you will then take time to observe yourself, your emotions, what you instinctively react to, and your actions. This may take time but take a few days (even a month) to notice what triggers you or makes you feel uncomfortable. 3.
