Remember to not look to the left or right for inspiration and motivation. YOU have the power to be your OWN motivation. Creativity is not copying what others do but uniquely doing things that you come up with out of your own creative mind. We break our own heart by setting expectations for ourselves to be like someone else, when in reality, it is more important to set goals and expectations based on where we are in life and where we would like to go. As humans, we forget that originality and authenticity is going to require us to step out of the fear of being different and not being accepted because once you accept yourself then you will be free! Stay focused on your creativity and you will blow your OWN mind.

Triggers. What a touchy conversation that needs to take place! Identifying your triggers and understanding the way you react to them is a big step you must take in the healing process, especially in relationships (family, friends, partner, etc). Lets get into triggers and how to deal with them: 1. First things first, you must have a good understanding of what a trigger is. A trigger is something or a topic that causes us to feel uncomfortable and/or react (consciously or unconsciously) based off of previous events/situations 2. Second, after understanding what a trigger is you will then take time to observe yourself, your emotions, what you instinctively react to, and your actions. This may take time but take a few days (even a month) to notice what triggers you or makes you feel uncomfortable. 3.
