Triggers. What a touchy conversation that needs to take place! Identifying your triggers and understanding the way you react to them is a big step you must take in the healing process, especially in relationships (family, friends, partner, etc). Lets get into triggers and how to deal with them: 1. First things first, you must have a good understanding of what a trigger is. A trigger is something or a topic that causes us to feel uncomfortable and/or react (consciously or unconsciously) based off of previous events/situations 2. Second, after understanding what a trigger is you will then take time to observe yourself, your emotions, what you instinctively react to, and your actions. This may take time but take a few days (even a month) to notice what triggers you or makes you feel uncomfortable. 3. After observing yourself, ask yourself what triggers you and think deeply about why that particular thing or topic triggers you. 4. From there, make it your duty to start healing from your tr

Creativity is not copying what others do but uniquely doing things that you come up with out of your own creative mind. We break our own heart by setting expectations for ourselves to be like someone else, when in reality, it is more important to set goals and expectations based on where we are in life and where we would like to go.       Hello  ladies and gentlemen ! You my have heard of the law, as above so below, as within so without. What does this law mean? This is simply the meaning of The Law of Correspondence. To give another definition, The Law of Correspondence is the law that lets us know that what is within our inner world will reflect within the physical, outer world.      No matter what we have been through in life, we have the power to turn things around and rise into a higher being. Here on planet Earth, we must tend to our SOUL (spirit) and make sure that we protect our feelings and emotions. For the soul (spirit) is the nonphysical  part of a person which is the seat of emotions and character! With that being known it is critical, as human beings, that we master our mind, feelings, and emotions so that we can successfully play the game of life.
